CARLTON FINE ART & ANTIQUE CENTRE
STOP PRESS | NOW OPEN
We are pleased to announce that after 4 years successful trading on the 3rd floor of the Mill we have opened a much larger showroom on the very busy 2nd floor. As a result we will have retail space available to suit your requirements and pockets as well as additional cabinets.
The details are as follows:
The floor space is £1.80 per square foot per calendar month. Each unit will be supplied with a display cabinet for security of valuable smalls etc. (These are the small cabinets we also rent out). All units are managed by myself and experienced staff and therefore dealers are not required to man their units at any time.
The rent for small cabinet is £50.00 PCM and the large at £100.00 PCM. Commission on sales is charged at 5% reducing to 4% of items £1000.00 and over. Rent is payable on the first of every month but the opening rent is 2 months rent in advance. One month's notice as required to vacate the unit.
It is hoped that the new showroom will be open mid April. We already have a number of established successful dealers who have taken space to sell furniture dating from the 17th century and all periods up to retro. I am looking for dealers in lighting, mirrors, Arts and Craft and clocks.
I am sure we will become one of the most exciting centres in the North of England. For details please ring Malcolm Gray on 01274 592103 or email me email@example.com.
